Christian Beach in Subic Bay - Philippines

Christian Beach in Subic Bay is one of the many seashore attractions in the Zambales / Olongapo area that is being developed as a tourist attraction. But even now there is already plenty to see and explore.

The first thing that will probably strike the first time visitor will be the serenity and stillness of the waters, which, depending on the time of day, can be a light or dark blue, with the rays of the sun changing the hues every so often. The serenity of the seas, combined with the fact that it is not as crowded as the other beaches, makes this a most ideal place to go for a quiet swim with your friends, or even by yourself.

The fact that Christian Beach in Subic Bay is not that well known is another factor that works in its favor as you also have the opportunity to sit back and savor the view of the seas, and feel the smooth sensation of the sands at your feet while you sit and relax.

Sitting by the beach you can see to your right side several impressive looking rock formations, the products of nature over several millennia. Varying in color from dark grey to light beige, they provide a fascinating distinction to the soft waters rushing to the shores. Standing on Christian Beach in Subic Bay you will see to your left side plenty of shrubs and trees.

Their dark shades of green balance the blue skies well, and the white clouds that pass behind them also make for some gripping views. If you bring your camera you can take some very nice photos of the greens against the blue skies and add that with the lovely waters, and you have a complete picture. Of course, swimming in the waters provides the ultimate refreshment and the cool breeze only adds to the comfort and exhilaration you feel.

Getting to Christian Beach in Subic is easy as it is situated alongside the other private beaches like Skipper Beach. From the National Highway you will pass by a place called the Ocean View Resort (you will see a parking lot nearby). The cost of entering the site is 120 Php ($2.50). Not too far away is the Arizona International Beach Resort, which also has a beach of its own.

One of the problems with a lot of beaches is that they have gotten too commercialized and crowded. This is what makes Christian Beach in Subic Bay a viable choice as it gives you a chance to experience the beauty of nature as it truly is, pure and untainted.
